I am trained in a variety of modalities and base my massage in the classic Swedish massage tradition of gliding, kneading, compression, and tapping techniques .

In my massage treatments I seek to add my own personal touch and integrate deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofascial, and other modalities. This integration can be however adjusted, based on each client's specific needs and/or wishes.
